2026 Monroe Retail Operations Internship - Emerging Talent Summer Experience Program

Become an integral part of our JPMorganChase team! Each day will be unique – bring a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and will have exposure to several aspects of running a banking office.

As a 2026 Emerging Talent Summer Experience Intern in JPMorganChase Consumer and Community Banking you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks. With a heritage of more than two centuries, a broad range of core and alternative strategies, and professionals operating in every major world market, we offer experience and insight that few other firms can match. 

The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience, and you will be expected to be available to work full time, starting from early June 2026 and for a period of up to 10 weeks. Roles exist in several areas of our Chase Home Lending, Consumer and Community Banking Operations. 

Job responsibilities

  • Utilizes customer service expertise to interpret needs and deliver continuous insights
  • Navigates multiple computer systems with efficiency, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
  • Excels both independently and collaboratively, driving team success and achieving goals
  • Follows all regulatory and departmental practices and procedures diligently
  • Takes ownership of each interaction while treating customers with respect and responding with empathy
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to manage internal and external requests
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures

  • Demonstrated interest in Operations
  • Customer service experience

**Your exact office location maybe within proximity to one of our main hubs. This will be communicated to you prior to your start date. 

 

Cohort Start Date: June 1, 2026 

  • You must be able to report to your designated office location on your start date. 
  • Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
