Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Duties

  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documents both physically and digitally
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google and various online portals
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
  • Support invoicing and billing
  • Handle mail distribution and manage office supplies inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating excellent organisational skills
  • Good typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
