Role: Administrative Support - Swindon SEND School Working Pattern:3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday), 8:30am–3:30pmContract Type:Up to 12 months (Maternity Cover), Term-Time OnlyStart Date:ASAP Overview:A friendly school in Swindon are seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the Annual Review Manager. This role plays a key part in coordinating and managing administrative processes related to children’s annual reviews, ensuring communication is timely, accurate, and professional. Key Responsibilities: Support the Annual Review Manager in preparing and coordinating annual review documentation for pupils.Communicate with the local borough, parents, and external professionals via email and telephone.Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce letters, reports, and general correspondence.Provide reception cover when required, greeting visitors and speaking with parents.Carry out general administrative duties, including typing, filing, data entry, and managing records.Ensure all work is handled sensitively and confidentially, in line with safeguarding and GDPR requirements. Requirements: Strong administrative background and confident use of Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a busy SEND school environment with professionalism and empathy.Highly organised, with good attention to detail.Able to start as soon as possible.
