In this role, the Analyst will become a subject matter expert on the Aeroplan portfolio, partnering closely with Air Canada and cross‑functional Amex teams to enhance cardmember value, uncover growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives across product, analytics, and partnership operations.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">They will contribute to product strategy, manage day‑to‑day partnership activities, and support the delivery of benefits, services, and capabilities tied to the Aeroplan co‑brand portfolio. If you bring a customer‑centric mindset, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you!</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><i><strong>Partner and Portfolio Management</strong></i></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Be a product champion and subject matter expert of the Aeroplan portfolio and our Air Canada Cardmembers.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Collaborate closely with Air Canada to find opportunities for new integrations and optimize tried and true tactics to entrench Cardmembers in the value of both Aeroplan and Amex.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Partner with various cross-LOB business stakeholders to deliver enhanced efficiencies, processes, services, and Cardmember experiences (servicing, legal, compliance, technologies, risk, etc.) for continued growth.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Coordinating project milestones, and tracking and reporting progress on key initiatives.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><i><strong>Strategy and Analytics</strong></i></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Have a thorough understanding of profitability drivers and the ability to identify areas of opportunity.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Support the development and execution of portfolio strategy including new capabilities, processes, and multi-year roadmaps.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Develop regular reports measuring and analyzing the performance of key business metrics and recommend and implement strategic actions and solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks that inform strategic recommendations.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Proven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Proven ability to analyze data sets; demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Proven ability to drive results through leveraging multiple stakeholders across functions and levels to deliver on collective objectives.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Operational mindset to formalize and streamline processes to foster greater efficiencies.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Proven ability to lead change and set priorities, with capacity to be flexible and adapt with new opportunities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</span></li></ul> <p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually + bonus + benefits</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
