CX Redistribution Partnerships, part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business, ensures Redistribution Partners receive high-quality, efficient support and maximize the value of Preqin’s data. The team serves as a technical and operational resource—helping partners navigate Preqin’s datasets, workflows, and delivery channels. We work closely with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience grounded in operational excellence and client centricity.

We are seeking an Analyst to join the Client Solutions team as a dedicated member of the Redistribution Partnerships team. In this role, you will serve as a front-line resource for our Redistribution Partners—providing timely, accurate, and high-quality support across chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot inquiries, resolve operational and data-related questions, and ensure partners receive a seamless, consistent experience that reflects the standards of the Preqin Client Experience organization.

As part of the CX Redistribution function, you will play a key role in strengthening partner engagement, reducing friction across channels, and maintaining the operational excellence required to support a rapidly scaling ecosystem.

In this function, you will be reporting into the London-based Regional CX Lead for Redistribution Partnerships, who in turn reports to the Global Head of Preqin Client Experience in New York.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver high quality support by understanding how Redistribution Partners use Preqin to power their private markets workflows.
  • Solve complex inquiries related to data methodology, mappings, taxonomy, identifiers, feeds and delivery specifications.
  • Provide consistent support across chat, email, and phone while capturing insights that inform process and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Client Engagement, Product, Data, Engineering and Operations to ensure a unified efficient partner experience.
  • Identify recurring themes and opportunities for improvement, feeding observations into process enhancements, documentation updates, and workflow refinements that elevate our service delivery.
  • Embrace continuous learning, deepening your understanding of Preqin’s data, tools, private markets content, and internal systems; adapt quickly as processes evolve and new capabilities are introduced.

  • Are eager to deepen expertise in Preqin’s data methodology, mappings, identifiers, taxonomy, feeds, and specifications.
  • Have experience or interest in data tools such as Snowflake, Metabase, or Postman (preferred but not required).
  • Meet the minimum requirements for an Analyst at BlackRock: a bachelor’s undergraduate degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience in client service, data operations, analytics, or a related field.
