Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through campaign consultation and execution and by developing best-in-class products and processes which modernize the marketing ecosystem. Every year ECMX helps its business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns. The Content Management Group (CMG) is responsible for creative development and content management tasks for U.S. marketing content which includes:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Ownership and maintenance of marketing content within the Marketing Digital Asset Manager “DAM” tool.  </span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Content Governance & Communications including content management.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Manage and maintain marketing content for new card,  or non-card products, new benefits, refreshes of existing products or benefits, or guidelines for existing content across business units and channels.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Project management includes large scale content changes, process transformation and improvements, as well as overall project support.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Content Team within CMG. We are a fast-paced, evolving agile MarOps team. Content Team analysts support leadership and their assigned partner portfolios with the overall governance and execution of marketing content within our database. This role will work cross functionally with various teams across the organization, including Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, Legal, and tech groups.</span></p><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Provide support and expertise to partners as it relates to marketing content housed in the Marketing Digital Asset Manager “DAM”.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Execute content changes including creating and updating content, obtaining approvals from partners, and ongoing content reviews to ensure accuracy and quality.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Participate in business-driven projects as a subject matter expert of the content to guide partners and maintain governance standards.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, providing project support, content support, training, and monitoring over content in the DAM. </span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Review marketing changes and updates for applicable impacts to content.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Support leadership in all relevant activities.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Collaborate on project strategies with key stakeholders to develop action plans for content within time-sensitive timelines.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Manage content communications/inquires with partners.</span></li></ul><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong> A successful candidate will demonstrate the following:</span></p><ul><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Prior experience in: Content Management, Content Management Solutions (CMS), Digital Asset Manager (DAM), Data management, Compliance, Marketing Execution, Operations and/or Project Management.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and drive results.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, and ambiguity.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Ability to build relationships, manage and resolve conflict and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and peers.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Strong organizational and project management skills (agile, attention to detail, managing tight timelines) are critical.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</span></li><li><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.</span></li></ul> <p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually + bonus + benefits</span></p><p><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:16px;">The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
