Arabic Translator (Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Arabic Translator to join our marketing agency based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating written documents, audio, or video content from Arabic to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. This role requires an understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate documents, articles, reports, Videos/Reels and other written content from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Ensure that translations are accurate, consistent, and culturally appropriate.
  • Edit and proofread translations for grammar, spelling, and clarity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with real-time translation during meetings, calls, or video conferences when required.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the context and purpose of each translation project.
  • Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in translation or a related field.
  • Excellent command of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
