About the Job
  • You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control
  • You will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment
  • Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome
  • Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI's)
  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities
  • Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed
  • Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, aides in the completion of all required business directives (ex. price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers);
  • Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.
  • Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.
  • Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management.
  • Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events, drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Be a brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the company's core values

The salary range for this role is$24.25 to $40.40 per hour.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
