Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to product development, marketing, and advertising in the audio entertainment field. Collaborate with other legal team members, as well as cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Review and approve all product packaging and marketing materials to ensure compliance with advertising regulations and company policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements related to product development, marketing, and advertising. Conduct trainings for internal teams on legal requirements and best practices for product development, marketing, and advertising. Assist with any legal disputes or regulatory inquiries related to product, marketing, and advertising. Proactively identify and address any potential legal issues or risks related to product, marketing, and advertising.
