This role also involves collaboration with the Department of Child Safety (DCS) to aid in reunification efforts.</p><hr /><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Deliver <strong>1:1 life skills training and support</strong> to youth and their caregivers.</p></li><li><p>Utilize the <strong>Ansell Casey Life Skills Assessment</strong> to evaluate developmental needs.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain <strong>individualized treatment plans</strong>, reviewed and updated at least annually.</p></li><li><p>Provide <strong>community-based, hands-on interventions</strong> tailored to individual needs.</p></li><li><p>Plan and facilitate <strong>therapeutic activities, social skills programs, and recreational outings</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <strong>accurate and timely documentation</strong>, including weekly progress notes and reports.</p></li><li><p>Participate in <strong>team meetings, clinical supervision</strong>, and caregiver/provider sessions.</p></li><li><p>Foster a <strong>safe, engaging learning environment</strong> through skill-building activities (e.g., sports, arts, hobbies).</p></li><li><p>Maintain strict <strong>confidentiality and professionalism</strong> in all interactions.</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Schedule & Physical Requirements</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: Monday–Saturday; hours vary based on client needs.
