Job Title: Budtender – Medical Cannabis Dispensary

Location: South Berwick, ME
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours / week)
Compensation: $23 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and outgoing Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior cannabis industry experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients find the right products for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide product education and recommendations based on patient needs
  • Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations
  • Accurately process transactions using POS systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
  • Restock inventory and assist with daily operational tasks
  • Verify patient credentials and required documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry required
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Must meet all state requirements to work in a cannabis dispensary
  • RIC card preferred (we are willing to sponsor the right candidate)
