Die Just Festivals Event Media GmbH organisiert mit über 70 Veranstaltungen jährlich zahlreiche City-Festivals in ganz Deutschland. Zu unseren Formaten zählen unter anderem die Street Food & Music Festivals, die Street Food & Beach Festivals sowie das Düsseldorfer Oktoberfest.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dortmund suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Bürohilfskraft (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Telefonanfragen
  • Pflege von Daten und Ablagesystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Listen und Dokumenten
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Teams

Dein Profil

  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick

Erste Erfahrung im Büro oder in der Verwaltung ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
