The role supports new‑client onboarding, data migration, solution design, platform configuration, and process optimisation across fund accounting and transfer agency workflows.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Support ETL activities, data validation, and reconciliation across core fund accounting and TA datasets.</p><p>• Contribute to solution design, including future‑state workflows, data flows, and best‑practice operating models.</p><p>• Assist with new‑client platform configuration (static data, investor structures, accounting rules, reporting).</p><p>• Identify automation opportunities and help prototype simple SQL/Python/Power Automate solutions.</p><p>• Produce clear BA artefacts: process maps, data mapping, requirements, and test cases.</p><p>• Support testing cycles (integration, UAT) and maintain traceability across requirements.</p><p>• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Fund Accounting, and TA teams to resolve issues and refine operating models.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><p>• 2–4 years’ experience in fund accounting (alternatives preferred).</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with experience handling financial datasets.</p><p>• Good Excel skills; exposure to SQL and automation products and processes.</p><p>• Experience working on system or operational change initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><p>• Familiarity with Geneva, Investran, or similar.</p><p>• Exposure to automation, dashboards, or data quality controls.</p><p>• Understanding of SDLC and agile ways of working.</p><p></p><p><b>Personal Attributes</b></p><p>• Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive.</p><p>• Strong communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences.</p><p>• Collaborative and comfortable working in cross‑functional teams</p><p>Someone who will embody our SEI Values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection and fun.
