Business Analyst, Field Inventory (Remote)

About the position As the Business Analyst, Field Inventory, you will partner with global stakeholders to align business processes with SAP capabilities, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery of program milestones. Your contributions will support solution design, testing, and training, enabling seamless adoption across Stryker divisions. What You Will Do Partner with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Implementation teams to deliver program milestones on time. Assist in aligning to-be business processes with ERP (SAP) capabilities across divisions and geographies. Coordinate SME involvement in key project activities and decision-making. Support scoping activities, including requirements gathering, scope decisions, and acceptance criteria. Create business process documentation and process maps for service sub-processes. Execute data cleansing, construction, and conversion activities to ensure master and transactional data accuracy. Participate in testing activities, including script reviews, test data readiness, and execution. Contribute to the creation and delivery of training content for end users. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. • Experience working with commercial ERP functions(ex: sales orders, inventory management). • Data analysis and reporting experience in MS Excel.
