This position will be primarily responsible for managing the pre-award and post-award processes for Advise NC at NC State in partnership with DASA Finance and the Office of Sponsored Programs. <br><br>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </span><ul> <li>Project Modification Requests (PMR) </li> <li>Salary Distribution Change (SDC)</li> <li>Journal Vouchers (JV)</li> <li>Closeout for multiple grants, foundation, trust fund and state-appropriated accounts. </li> </ul><span>The Business Services Coordinator will independently conduct responsibilities involving entering and approving travel, reconciling PCards, purchasing, and other day-to-day operational functions. The Business Services Coordinator will consult with the Director on budget expenditures for annual and long-range strategic budgetary planning.
