What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day attendance of warehouse employees residing in company accommodation/camp and act as the primary point of contact for attendance-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records and ensure timely submission of reports to warehouse and HR teams.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and manpower reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors and operations teams to ensure proper manpower allocation and shift alignment.
  • Monitor absenteeism, leave records, and overtime details, and promptly report discrepancies to the concerned departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication between camp employees and warehouse management regarding operational requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of employee data, attendance logs, and related documentation in line with company policies.
  • Support workforce planning by tracking manpower availability and assisting in shift scheduling.
  • Escalate any attendance irregularities, misconduct, or operational concerns in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance attendance tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets for attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, workforce management, or attendance supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
