Cannabis Production Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis warehouse environment. This position supports daily production operations, including the processing and packaging of cannabis products, while strictly adhering to all applicable Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to accurately handle cannabis inventory, and a commitment to maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance throughout all stages of production. This role requires consistent documentation, adherence to sanitation and security protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a highly regulated setting to ensure all products meet OCM and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or factory operations is advantageous
