Job Description

Car City Luton Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our dealership team. This is a varied role involving sales support, vehicle collection and delivery, basic administration, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Assistant

  • Assisting customers with vehicle enquiries and sales
  • Providing excellent customer service in person, online, and over the phone
  • Supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion

Delivery Driver

  • Picking up vehicles from suppliers, auctions, and other locations
  • Delivering vehicles to customers safely and professionally
  • Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable at handover
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately

Social Media Content Creator

  • Taking photos and videos of vehicles for advertising
  • Creating and posting content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Responding to basic online messages and enquiries
  • Helping promote the dealership and its vehicles online

Administrative Duties

  • Carrying out basic admin work on a computer
  • Updating vehicle listings and customer information using software and portals
  • Assisting with general office tasks when required

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in car sales preferred
  • Confident using a computer and smartphone
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organised, and willing to learn

Salary

  • Salary will be discussed upon enquiry
