Today more than 50% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third party sellers.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br>Amazon Marketplace is looking for a dynamic and creative catalog specialist who will support our Sellers to list new products on our marketplace and improve and automate our listing processes.<br>· Working in tandem alongside a team of Account Managers, you are responsible for building new listings.<br>· Serving as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of business impacting or sensitive nature issues. You are expected to deliver timely, accurate and professional support and information to all key stakeholders, including both business and technical audiences.<br>· Driving initiatives to close our catalog gaps vs other Amazon marketplaces.<br>· Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to sellers and account managers.<br>· Identifying gaps and improvement areas in listing process, finding solutions to those and getting those implemented in collaboration with worldwide teams.<br>· Automating manual steps in listing process.<br>· Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated.<br>· Driving projects that improve catalog-related processes and catalog quality.<br></p><h2>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS </h2><p>· Superior verbal and written communications skills in English is a must.<br>· Fluency in Polish (both verbal and written communication)<br>· Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines.<br>· Exceptional analytical skills to break down complex problems, and a strong will to deliver results.<br>· Impeccable attention to detail.<br>· Must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed and decisiveness to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.<br>· Enjoys working in international cross-functional teams.<br>· Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; strong ability to influence.<br>· Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners.<br>· Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues.<br>· Ability to summarize technical customer issues. </p><h2>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS </h2><p>· Familiarity with core programming languages (e.g: HTML, Java, Python)<br>· University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related quantitative field.<br>· Experience in technical support or any similar field.<br>Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
