Mitek Systems is seeking a results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to drive partner-led revenue growth across UK and Europe. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-critical new business role focused on activating strategic partners, accelerating co-sell motions, and closing complex fraud and identity deals through the channel, before managing to success. You will own your partner revenue strategy, onboarding new strategic partners and turning those partnerships into predictable pipelines and bookings. Success in this role requires strong experience selling fraud and identity solutions, and a proven ability to work within alliances and partner ecosystems to influence, drive demand, and close deals. Reporting to the Channel Sales Director, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive leadership to execute joint go-to-market strategies, win high-value opportunities, and exceed revenue targets. This is a home-based role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong connectivity with customers, partners, and internal teams. The position requires regular travel to partner and customer meetings to drive revenue, manage relationships, and support active sales opportunities. You will also be expected to travel periodically to Mitek’s London office for team meetings, leadership sessions, and strategic planning, ensuring close alignment with the wider commercial organization. What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities): • Own and deliver quarterly and annual partner-sourced revenue targets. • Drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and deal closure through strategic partners and alliances. • Activate and enable partners to consistently generate qualified opportunities and bookings. • Lead co-sell motions, joint account planning, and deal execution with partners. • Work directly on high-value, complex, and strategic deals from qualification through close. • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new partners to expand coverage and increase revenue penetration. • Build strong executive-level and field relationships across partner organizations. • Develop and execute partner-led go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and incentives. • Forecast partner pipeline and revenue accurately and consistently. • Identify whitespace, new market opportunities, and expansion plays within existing accounts. • Provide partners with sales enablement, positioning, demos, and use-case guidance for Mitek’s fraud and identity solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Direct Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to remove friction and close deals. • Represent Mitek at industry events and partner meetings as a trusted advisor and sales leader. • Serve as a revenue-focused brand ambassador for Mitek’s identity and fraud portfolio. What You Need (Qualifications) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5–8+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, or Alliances roles with direct revenue ownership. • Hands-on experience selling fraud, identity, or risk solutions (Ideally SAAS) with a strong understanding of fraud use cases, buyer personas, and sales cycles. • Proven success driving partner-sourced pipeline and closing deals through alliances. • Experience running complex, multi-party enterprise deals. • Comfortable operating in fast-growth SaaS environments across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. • Ability to work remotely from a home office. What would be nice (preferred skills & experience): • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, channel, or partnerships roles. • Deep expertise in digital identity, fraud prevention, and risk management solutions. • Consistent top-quartile or top-20% sales performance. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
