What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified Rockstar: Active NJ CHHA license.
  • English Skills: Able to read, write, and chat comfortably.
  • Reliable Wheels: Dependable transportation is a must—clients are counting on you!
  • Bonus Points: 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a CHHA, you’ll be a trusted part of your clients’ everyday routine. You’ll follow the nurse-created care plan and:

  • Assist with personal care and daily activities.
  • Keep the home safe and tidy.
  • Prepare healthy meals and help with mobility.
  • Support treatments under nurse supervision.
  • Encourage independence and mental wellness.
  • Offer emotional and psychological support.
  • Report any changes to the nurse promptly.

What You Bring:

  • Great communication (must hear and speak English clearly).
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, turn, and transfer clients (up to 200 pounds).
  • Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
  • Sharp attention to detail when documenting visits and following care plans.
