Position Overview MyOutDesk is seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, PR, and sales enablement. This executive will play a pivotal role in positioning MOD as the category leader in virtual staffing and BPO solutions—driving measurable pipeline growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities • Architect and execute a global marketing and brand strategy that fuels revenue growth. • Partner with Sales and the CRO to develop integrated sales enablement programs. • Build and elevate MOD’s brand awareness and digital authority through PR, media, and SEO. • Oversee our generative AI strategy, structured data, SEO, and brand SERP to optimize visibility. • Lead budget planning, P&L accountability, and team performance while cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and measurable impact. Required Qualifications • 10 years in B2B marketing with proven success as a CMO or VP at a large enterprise company. • Experience scaling marketing operations in BPO, outsourcing, or HR professional services. • Data-driven with fluency in modern marketing platforms.
