Civil Project Manager Duties:

  • Select the best delivery method for each civil project in both the private and public
  • Manage schedule, budget, and manpower to meet and exceed deadlines and budgets
  • Develop the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication
  • Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction

Civil Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on earth work, excavation and site preparation projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience utilizing industry relevant estimating software
  • Previous experience on big box projects building sub divisions, piping work, and subterranean pads
  • Possess an ownership attitude and be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor
  • Strive for excellence in every project and do whatever it takes to achieve optimum results
  • Resolve conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved parties
  • Friendly, yet firm demeanor
  • Project size history ranging from $1MM - $10MM
