Client Operations Manager (Administrative & Financial Oversight)
AtANAT Business for Business (Cleveland, OH), we are looking for a proactive, solutions-drivenClient Operations Manager to take full ownership of client administrative operations. This is a fully remote position.
This is not a “pass-the-task” role. You are responsible for ensuring processes are executed correctly — and stepping in to resolve issues when they are not.
What You’ll Do- Oversee Client Admins (6) handling invoices, collections, bookkeeping, and documentation
- Ensure financial and administrative processes are executed accurately and on time
- Provide support and guidance when billing or account issues arise
- Take responsibility when problems occur and drive resolution end-to-end
- Act as escalation point for operational or client-related challenges
- Identify risks proactively and prevent recurring issues
- Strengthen processes and enforce accountability across the team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or client management
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and administrative workflows
- Experience supervising or leading administrative teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership and accountability mindset
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
