We are hiring a Client Relations Executive to be the elegant, sharp, client-facing bridge between our founders and our luxury and lifestyle clients. This is not a call centre job. It is a relationship, hosting and coordination role in a high-growth, stylish, international environment.

What you will do Act as the main day-to-day contact for selected clients in luxury F&B, hospitality, lifestyle and high-end services. Host and support meetings with owners, GMs, CEOs and senior decision-makers – in DIFC, at client venues and at selected events. Coordinate discovery meetings, follow-ups and presentations between the founders and clients. Ensure every client interaction feels professional, high-end and well prepared – from first call to ongoing relationship. Help structure client information, notes and next steps so our internal team can execute smoothly. Follow up with clients on agreed actions, documents and meeting times (Whats App, email, calls). Attend selected industry events, openings and networking gatherings, representing Boost My Business in a polished, discreet way. Work closely with our revenue and delivery teams to ensure clients feel looked after, informed and respected.
Who this role is for You move comfortably in luxury, lifestyle and hospitality environments and know how to behave in premium venues and boardrooms. You enjoy meeting new people, remembering faces and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You can switch between warm, social conversation and clear, business-focused discussion when needed.
Requirements Experience (2+ years) in at least one of:luxury hospitality, fine dining, lounges or beach clubsluxury retail, lifestyle, clinics or wellnessclient relations, guest relations, VIP hosting, front-office for premium brands Already based in the UAE, ideally Dubai, and able to work full-time. Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, Italian or other European languages are a strong plus. Strong personal presentation and confident, natural communication style. Comfortable speaking with owners, GMs and CEOs and keeping the conversation professional, not pushy. Organised and reliable: you can manage calendars, follow-ups and details without dropping things. High integrity: you understand discretion, confidentiality and respect for both clients and colleagues.(We welcome applicants from diverse international backgrounds. Experience with European, CIS, Levant or international luxury clients is a plus.)
