A day in the life. As our Client Specialist on the Aviation team, you’ll assist in the servicing of accounts, handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process and effectively communicating with the Senior Aviation Client Executives for their assigned book of business. In this role, you will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and maintaining the Agency Management Systems. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years’ customer service experience Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate’s degree in business or related field 1 year business or aviation insurance experience Property & Casualty Producer’s License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (company paid) We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
