CNC-specialist milling/turning/grinding (m/f/x)

In this position, you will be responsible for independently setting up and monitoring state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC-controlled milling, turning, or grinding machines. You will manufacture complex precision parts according to technical drawings and ensure the process-oriented implementation of production orders. Through careful quality controls, you will ensure that our high manufacturing standards and production targets are met. In addition, you will further develop existing CNC programs, adapt them as necessary, and optimize processes to sustainably improve manufacturing efficiency. Active participation in the shaping, continuous improvement, and further development of manufacturing processes round off your area of responsibility.

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in CNC machining, e.g., as a metal cutting mechanic, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or comparable technical apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience working with modern CNC machinery in an industrial production environment
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-axis CNC machines (milling, turning, or grinding) with programming skills, e.g., Sinumerik control
  • Technical understanding of complex drawings and detailed manufacturing documents
  • Strong sense of precision and highquality awareness
  • Independent, results-oriented way of thinking and working attitude, as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work in shifts
