We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistic Equipment Executive to join our dynamic team at PIL in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities to support the company’s logistics objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including containers positioning, warehousing, and delivery.
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, depots, terminals and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Prepare and process logistics-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving logistics issues and improving operational efficiency.

Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years experience in shipping companies, handling containers Reefer and Dry, and other related equipments of logistics operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite and reporting.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English level are required.
