Cold Email Specialist - Instantly + Apollo

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Specialist to help us build strategic partnerships with real estate agents in targeted cities across the United States. Our company provides mobile carpet installation services, and we are looking to establish 1 new real estate partnership per month with plans to scale from there.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up and manage outbound outreach campaigns using our tech stack (Instantly, Apollo, and GoHighLevel)

- Identify and target real estate agents in our focus cities

- Create and execute email sequences and follow-up cadences

- Manage lead lists and data enrichment through Apollo

- Work with our GoHighLevel expert to ensure leads flow properly into our pipeline

- Track outreach metrics and optimize campaigns for better response rates

- Schedule discovery calls with interested real estate agents

- Provide weekly reporting on outreach activities and results

- Attend bi-weekly meeting and have updates prepared ahead of time

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Proven experience setting up and managing outreach campaigns using Instantly, Apollo, and GoHighLevel

- Track record of successful B2B outreach and partnership development

- Experience with email deliverability best practices and domain warming

- Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach

- Data-driven approach with ability to test and optimize campaigns

- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
