The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated healthcare recruiters who value autonomy, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity that can be structured as:

  • Full-time

  • Part-time

  • A second income stream

In this role, you will recruit and place allied health professionals in travel-contract, and direct hire positions while building long-term relationships and growing your own book of business.

Compensation

50% commission on each placement fees
No income cap
Paid after client collection
Unlimited earning potential

What You'll Do

  • Source, recruit, and place allied health professionals nationwide

  • Manage travel, contract, and direct hire openings

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and compensation negotiations

  • Maintain clinician relationships throughout assignments

What Were Looking For

  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred (allied health a plus)

  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently in a commission-only structure

  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple openings
