Job Overview
O’Donnell Enterprises LLC is seeking experienced individuals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will install ceramic tile flooring, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Install a variety of flooring materials, including ceramic tile, porcelain, stone, and other hard surfaces. This role requires someone with a strong background in floor preparation, leveling, and finishing. This position focuses on precise grout application, cleaning, sealing, and finishing touches that ensure long-lasting, beautiful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced installers in setting up jobs
  • Learn to measure and cut tile accurately
  • Prepare surfaces and materials
  • Mix mortar and grout under supervision
  • Clean and organize job sites
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Apply grout and ensure smooth, consistent lines
  • Clean excess grout and polish tile surfaces
  • Apply sealants to grout and tile as required
  • Touch-up and refine finishes
  • Work with installers to troubleshoot issues

Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of construction experience
  • Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
  • Knowledge of grout types and sealants
  • Finishing tile experience
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspect and ensure quality workmanship
