Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site property inspections and document building assets through detailed notes and photos
  • Review property records, appraisals, and tax assessments to gather project data
  • Analyze purchase documents, invoices, and contractor payment applications to reconcile costs with accounting ledgers
  • Prepare detailed building estimates using industry-standard data and proprietary software
  • Draft accurate property descriptions for inclusion in final reports
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule visits and address project inquiries
  • Travel approximately 30–40% annually to client locations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction estimating, or similar area of study
  • 3+ years of experience in Cost Segregation
  • Prior experience or knowledge with construction estimating
  • Proficiency with RS Means, Marshall & Swift preferred
