CPG Packaging Designer Needed - Flexible Pouch (Print-Ready Production Files)

We are launching a premium pet care brand (Pawz & Co.) and need an experienced CPG packaging designer to create production-ready artwork for a flexible pouch (soft pack) for our Hypoallergenic Calm Care Wipes.

This is a single-SKU project.

Scope:

• Design front, back, and side panels using manufacturer-provided dieline

• Maintain clean, premium, skincare-inspired aesthetic

• Ensure strong hierarchy for Amazon readability (thumbnail-friendly)

• Incorporate existing logo, brand colors, and approved copy

• Prepare print-ready files for manufacturing

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing flexible pouch packaging for retail

• Experience working directly with manufacturer dielines

• Strong understanding of bleed, trim, safe zones, and CMYK color setup

• Ability to deliver press-ready PDF and editable AI files

• Experience preparing packaging that has gone to production

Deliverables:

• Final artwork applied to manufacturer dieline

• Print-ready CMYK PDF with bleed

• Editable Adobe Illustrator files with outlined fonts

• Organized layers and clean file structure
