We are looking for Honey Dew Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and sandwiches in accordance with brand standards, recipes and systems.
  • Provide excellent quest service. Resolve guest issues if needed.
  • Execute restaurant standards and brand marketing initiatives
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment
  • Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
  • Work well and communicate with team members
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUCCESS FACTORS (KSAs):

  • Excellent communication, customer service skills
  • Great sense of urgency, ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
