This position also collaborates with peer unit managers, physicians, and other departmental leaders to ensure alignment and continuity of care across the hospital.</p><p>The ICU overseen by the Critical Care RN Manager includes 10 beds and is staffed by a team of 21 FTEs. The environment is both clinically focused and supportive, with a charge nurse in place to provide backup and facilitate flow. The Critical Care RN Manager will work alongside dedicated RNs, techs, and medical staff who bring both skill and heart to the bedside.</p><p>The Critical Care RN Manager will guide clinical staff development, including competency training, mentorship, and performance coaching.
