Schedule
  • Training Schedule (first 2 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Regular Schedule (after training): Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
  • Please note: As we approach our busy season, hours will transition to 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
  • Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • When working a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided between Tuesday and Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Delight Representative at Feldco, you'll be engaging directly with customers over the phone. Your role is hands-on and requires clear, concise communication not only with customers but also with various departments within Feldco to rapidly resolve any outstanding issues and provide customers with delight!
Tasks Include:
  • Answering inbound calls to Feldco 866 number or direct lines, accessing caller needs, and transferring to the appropriate party.
  • Screening calls for upper management.
  • Clear and accurate communication of Feldco products and services.
  • Solving customer issues, resolving service issues, and/or scheduling service appointments.
  • Scheduling strong, consistent sales appointments, and second measure appointments.
  • Confirming appointments, and outbound reminder calls for services and second measure appointments.
  • Answering web lead inquiries (e-mail and outbound phone exchanges with customers).
  • Message taking and communication with managers and product specialists.
  • Ability to use internet maps to help product specialists.
  • The CDR may be assigned additional tasks or projects as needed during peak or off season.
  • The CDR works with all areas of the company to ensure all customers are “delighted” with their sales, service, financing, or other inquiries.
  • Participating in outbound calling campaigns to drive business, including re-engaging past customers, and following up on previous inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Organizational skills and outstanding oral and written communication abilities are required.
  • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel).
  • 35+ WPM.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Key skills include, but are not limited to, using a multi-call phone system, data entry and sales skills.
  • Bi-lingual preferred, but not necessary.
