The role of the Member Service Professional (MSP) at American Express is pivotal in upholding the company’s premium brand reputation within the Centurion Lounge located at the DCA Airport. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing extraordinary customer service to some of American Express’s best Card Members. MSPs act as brand ambassadors, delivering superior service by welcoming and assisting Card Members in a seamless and personalized manner. Working cohesively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, MSPs ensure that every interaction excites and delights customers, consistently delivering on the American Express brand promise.
MSPs provide a comprehensive range of services including travel consultation, concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and minimal reservation assistance. They tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of each Card Member, helping to deepen the customer relationship and enhance the Membership experience. The role demands a high level of professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to make quick and confident decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.
Operating within the Centurion Lounge from early morning to evening hours, MSPs work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate business needs. The position offers an hourly salary that ranges from $25.50 to $26.75, alongside bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits designed to support employees’ physical, financial, and mental health. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
