Terminix Service, Inc. of Augusta GA is hiring Customer Service & Collections Representative who thrives on the phone, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited about offering valuable solutions that make homes safer and more comfortable.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service & Collections Representative, your day will center around phone-based customer interactions-helping current clients, welcoming new ones, and offering the services they need. Your success is measured by how well you build relationships, retain accounts, and help customers discover the right services.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Handle high call volumes - confidently manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Engage in consultative selling - identify customer needs and match them with the right pest control services.
  • Build strong customer relationships - earn trust, increase retention, and promote loyalty.
  • Grow the business - assist with upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
  • Solve problems on the spot - address questions or concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Support the team - occasionally assist with scheduling or processing transactions as needed.
  • Inbound and outbound calls- scheduling services, handling collections, etc.
  • Minimal administrative responsibilities- light invoicing, processing payments, etc.

What we are Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Natural ability to talk to people and recommend solutions
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
