Propósito e impacto del trabajo

El/la Customer Service - Order Management apoyará las actividades rutinarias acompañando al cliente en el proceso de gestión de pedidos y ayudará a ejecutar procesos establecidos con respecto a la admisión, confirmación, procesamiento y cumplimiento de pedidos. 
En este rol, ayudará a lograr procesos internos optimizados que promuevan una experiencia del cliente sin problemas.

Responsabilidades claves

  • Seguir los procedimientos con respecto al estado y procesamiento de la orden, compartiendo la información necesaria para programar una orden respondiendo a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Dar soporte de pedidos simples de clientes para confirmar el crédito, el contrato, los precios, la asignación de acciones y la alineación de la disponibilidad de transporte.
  • Apoyar la resolución de problemas de procesos administrativos simples que siguen procedimientos ya definidos relacionados con la confirmación, el procesamiento y el cumplimiento de pedidos.
  • Apoyar la generación de documentos relacionados con el pedido como se describe en los procesos establecidos.
  • Asistir a poner al día a partes interesadas internas en el estado de la orden y cualquier problema.
  • Asistir a identificar obstáculos potenciales en el proceso interno de la gerencia de la orden, otras áreas y al cliente para tomar acciones correctivas según lo dirigido.
  • Manejar los problemas administrativos, técnicos o de la ayuda al cliente moderado- complejos bajo supervisión general, mientras que escala problemas más complejos al personal apropiado.
  • Realizar reportes, métricas e indicadores de gestión. 
  • Otras funciones asignadas.

Calificaciones

Calificaciones mínimas:
Mínimo de un año de experiencia laboral relacionada.
Conocimiento en Paquete Office (Excel nivel intermedio- avanzado).
Conocimientos en Power BI. 
Experiencia en SAP.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
Estudiante o graduado de carrera universitaria o Licenciatura Administración de Empresas o a fines a la experiencia. 
Experiencia trabajando en el entorno de servicio al cliente.
Inglés nivel intermedio-avanzado. 
Comprensión de la gestión de pedidos.
Ejecutar acciones correctivas según las indicaciones del equipo.
