Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative

Overview

EverydayMeds is a GPhC-registered UK online pharmacy based in Leicester, specialising in weight management treatments including Mounjaro (tirzepatide), Wegovy, and other prescription medications. We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This is a hybrid role combining frontline customer support with proactive sales activity. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, responsible for guiding them through their treatment journey, resolving queries efficiently, and converting enquiries into completed orders. You will play a vital role in driving revenue, improving customer retention, and upholding the high standards of care our patients expect from a registered pharmacy.

Duties

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via live chat, email, and phone, providing prompt, professional, and empathetic responses
  • Assist customers with order queries, delivery tracking, prescription questions, account management, and payment issues
  • Resolve complaints effectively and escalate complex or clinical issues to the appropriate team members
  • Proactively engage with prospective customers, guiding them through the online consultation and ordering process
  • Follow up on abandoned carts, incomplete consultations, and lapsed customers to recover and convert sales
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities for complementary treatments and products
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rate goals on a consistent basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with the dispensary, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and regulatory adherence
  • Contribute to customer retention strategies including feedback collection, review generation, and loyalty initiatives
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, treatment guidelines, and company policies to provide accurate and informed advice
  • Support ad hoc operational tasks as required to contribute to the overall success of the business

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close conversations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer records, orders, and sensitive information
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and e-commerce systems such as Shopify
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong team player who is also comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness sectors is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of weight management treatments such as Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Saxenda is a plus
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk, eDesk or similar customer engagement tools is an advantage
  • Understanding of GPhC regulations and online pharmacy compliance requirements is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
