Candidate Profile
We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are reliable, articulate, and service-driven. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments
- A positive, friendly, and confident speaking manner
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems
- A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Key Requirements
- Availability to work two Sundays per month
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- At least one year of contact centre experience, or strong communication skills if inexperienced
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English with UK-based customers
- Genuine interest in customer service and supporting a sustainability-focused food brand
Technical and Home Setup Requirements
To perform effectively in this remote role, you must have:
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Stable fibre internet connection
- A laptop or desktop meeting minimum technical standards
- Reliable backup power to manage load shedding and avoid downtime
