Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship fresher to strengthen relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, resolving concerns, and supporting business growth through excellent service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to support product and service improvements
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling eco-friendly hygiene products
- Assist in on boarding new customers and partners
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, sales trends, and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mind set with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
