SKR Solutions LLC [SKRS] is an Amazon DSP known for its exceptional delivery performance operating out of Amazon Warehouse [DMD9]. As a Delivery Associate with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and safely.

Schedule: Full-Time Employees are required to work at least 1 Weekend Day. Sat OR Sun

Shift: 10.5 Hour Shift (4 days/Week for Full Time) 10 Hours Paid, 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

We work during both daylight and non-daylight hours.

Job Description


Delivery Associates will operate a company vehicle during shift to deliver Amazon packages, but are employed via SKR Solutions LLC directly. Delivery Associates can expect to work between 8 to 11 hours per day on a scheduled shift of 10.5 hours. Dependent on ability of employee to complete route safely in a timely manner. Package and stop counts vary for different delivery areas for drivers, but routes are all routed with expectation to be completed within the allotted timeframe. 3 Days of Training minimum are provided (2 in classroom in Lanham, MD and 1 on road training with a driver trainer).

Bonus Hour Program is available for Delivery Associates that finish earlier than scheduled while meeting Safety and Quality of Delivery Performance metrics!


Qualifications

  • Ability to work a 10.5 to 12 hour day as needed (Within DOT regulations)
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Drivers License Required
  • Must be 21 or older
