About the role

Elevate your career as Medical Detailing Manager with Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll craft strategic communication programmes that resonate with healthcare professionals, driving awareness and fostering recognition of our purpose-led brands. As a global ambassador, you'll harmonise the implementation of campaigns, bringing insights and creative dynamism to our medical marketing initiatives. Merge your expertise with our progressive ethos to shape healthcare marketing campaigns that make an impact and champion better, healthier lives for all.

Your responsibilities
  • Design and implement the monthly GTM plan for the detailing team based on HCP segmentation and brand priorities.
  • Ensure coverage and frequency targets are met to maximize impact on HCP engagement and recommendation.
  • Own all medical detailing activities in the market, ensuring compliance with Reckitt’s standards and local regulations.
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the detailing team to achieve excellence in execution.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure best-in-class detailing communication materials are developed and deployed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to maintain scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Track and analyze detailing KPIs, including call quality, coverage, frequency, and impact on HCP recommendation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales) to align detailing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key HCPs and opinion leaders to support brand advocacy
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health industry, with at least 3 years in medical detailing or field force management.
  • Proven track record in GTM planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of HCP engagement strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
