iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Digital Health Associate VIE within our Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of advances in health technology, helping Dupixent demonstrate leadership beyond the treatment. You will report to the Franchise Strategy - Global Digital Health and Innovation Lead.
 

The Dupixent Franchise Strategy and Innovation team drives the Dupixent strategy across all indications. Digital health is a core pillar within this team; our mission is to improve healthcare services through digital tools and software, empowering patients to engage in their healthcare and providers to better manage care and to drive innovation in our pharma go-to-market and commercialization approaches. 

In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Project manage existing initiatives the team has launched or gained alignment on advancing. These include initiatives that expedite patient pathways to specialists (e.g. virtual care, tele expertise).
  • Help advance new initiatives being evaluated. Day-to-day deliverables include landscaping key players, building business cases, coordinating across stakeholders, working with Procurement to sign contracts.
  • Help build a culture of innovation around health technology. Day-to-day includes staying abreast of and disseminating latest advances in health technology and AI, as well as enabling cross-sharing across countries on live initiatives.

About you

Experience:

  • 2+ years work experience in an environment with high standards (e.g. consulting, pharma), and experience in project and stakeholder management.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Exceptional soft skills including clear and structured communication, and outcome oriented nature.
  • Excellent English skills - written and verbal.
  • Passion for digital health/ technology and its potential to improve access to patients everywhere.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in business or healthcare, with a demonstrated interest in healthcare.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
