About the Role  

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support and strengthen our digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and engaging aspiring international students who wish to study in Australia. The intern will collaborate closely with our digital marketing experts based in Sydney, gaining valuable international exposure and hands-on experience in global marketing strategies. 


Qualification Requirements  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or any related field 

  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual consistency 

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)  

  • Organized and able to meet deadlines 

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative 

  • Detail-oriented and proactive 


Technical Skills (preferred but not required) 

  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) 

  • Basic Canva or graphic design skills 

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools) 

  • Understanding of content planning and scheduling tools 

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

Key Responsibilities  

  • Assist in creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)  

  • Support basic graphic design, captions, and short-form video creation  

  • Assist in content planning and campaign execution 

  • Research trends in the education and migration industry 

  • Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports  

  • Support marketing activities during school fairs and promotional events   

  • Responding to online inquiries from prospective clients in a timely and professional manner 

  • This role may also be required to assisting and accommodate walk-in applicants, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience; provide administrative support and perform other tasks as may be required to support business operations.
