Digital Medicine Patient Services Coordinator
We're looking for a Digital Medicine Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a key member of our digital medicine patient engagement team, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and employee relations, supervising the patient engagement team, and ensuring performance aligns with departmental standards. You will also coordinate and facilitate the delivery of digital medicine intake and concierge services for patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, communications, public health or related field
- 3 years of experience in a customer service related-role
- 5 years of experience in a customer service related-role in a health care setting preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit high professional excellence
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Superior interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
