Director, Corporate Strategy

Job Description: • Execute the continuous development and evolution of DataRobot’s corporate strategy, translating the company's mission and vision into an actionable strategic plan. • Conduct in-depth analysis of the AI market, competitive landscape, and emerging technology trends to identify and evaluate strategic threats and opportunities. • Develop high-impact presentations and strategic narratives for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), outlining strategic priorities, market analysis, and key initiatives. • Act as an internal consultant, leading high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects as defined by the Office of the CEO (e.g., new business models, strategic partnerships). • Partner with Finance and functional leaders to support the annual strategic planning process, ensuring tight alignment between strategy, execution, and financial targets. • Collaborate with leaders across Product, GTM, and Engineering to ensure strategic initiatives are operationalized and to gather insights that inform strategic direction. Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in top-tier management consulting and/or in-house corporate strategy at a tech/SaaS company. • Exceptional structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and quantitative analytical skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategic concepts clearly and persuasively to senior executives. • Exceptional program management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges with a bias for action and a high degree of ownership. • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and influence across all levels of an organization. • Domain knowledge in AI along with experience with SaaS business models and go-to-market functions is preferred.
