Director/ Paid Media - REMOTE

In this role, you will be a hands-on leader who balances execution with a strategic vision. You will drive creative efforts, manage media budgets, and work with a small team to elevate our marketing initiatives. Your ability to tell a compelling brand story using data will be crucial for achieving profitable growth in our paid marketing efforts. Accountabilities

    • Directly manage and optimize campaigns across all paid channels (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, CTV).
    • Own the strategy and aid in-platform execution, including bidding, targeting, budget allocation, placements, and creative performance.
    • Build and manage media plans tied to acquisition, retention, and efficiency goals.
    • Lead structured creative testing to identify effective messaging and formats.
    • Use data and insights to improve targeting and measurement.
    • Manage and mentor a small in-house team while executing campaigns.

Requirements

    • 8+ years of paid media experience in high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands; agency experience a plus.
    • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms.
    • Ability to balance strategy and execution effectively.
    • Experience in creative testing and deriving actionable insights.
    • Strong creative intuition with data translation skills.
    • Experience with incremental testing and MMM.
    • Proven record of driving growth in acquisition and iROAS.
    • Analytical mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
