You will lead the operations and sales support strategy for Workplace Solutions, driving system optimization, compensation administration, and meaningful performance reporting. You will shape impactful training programs, oversee budgets and field office planning, and partner closely with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and execution. You will champion the planning and delivery of high-energy sales events and incentive programs, ensuring every initiative supports broader business goals and growth.

  • Estimated Salary: $126,000 - $160,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversees operational system support for the sales analyst function, including development and delivery of training programs, system updates, support staff execution, and maintaining expertise in office operations to inform future enhancements.
  • Partners with Workplace Solutions leadership to identify and remove operational barriers, while developing tools and programs that strengthen the sales analyst infrastructure.
  • Ensures sales support processes, procedures, monitoring, reporting, and resource utilization are streamlined and effective to help Distribution meet performance standards and profit goals.
  • Manages monthly sales tracking and reporting, facilitates communication of field insights and issues, and monitors execution of tactical plans to improve sales support productivity, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborates with the SVP of Sales to manage compensation changes and agreements, ensuring accurate coordination across teams and strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Works closely with IT, Finance, and Corporate Real Estate to support sales operations, including system impacts, budget planning and reporting, expense projections, and analysis of field office space needs and locations.
  • Leads planning and execution of Workplace Solutions sales events, including internal meetings, industry and broker events, and incentive trips, managing strategy, coordination, vendors, communications, staffing, technology, and reconciliation.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of deep expertise in insurance products and/or financial services, plan design, and administration, with the ability to translate knowledge into meaningful support for sales and operational success.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with both home office and field sales teams, fostering alignment, trust, and results.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities, paired with polished written and verbal communication skills that resonate across internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex problems, managing and optimizing budgets, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced, producer-focused environment.
  • Skilled at developing clear, concise, and compelling communication materials that inform, influence, and drive action.
  • Demonstrated expertise in shaping and executing strategic marketing plans that support growth, strengthen positioning, and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Thorough knowledge of company products, systems, and processes supporting Group Insurance.
  • Knowledge of competitors' products and positioning.
